Izyyk Social Club enforces a strict attendance policy to benefit our members and the venues with whom we hold events. When we make a reservation at a restaurant, schedule a class, or plan a special event, the business depends on our attendance for revenue. Our members suffer from being inconvenienced as well as from more limited venue choices when other members cancel or no-show for events.

Please read our attendance policy carefully, add your RSVPs to your calendar, and allow plenty of extra time for traffic and other potential challenges when leaving for one of our events. If you have any questions about the attendance policy, please email info@izyyk.com

• Members who no-show for any event will be charged a $25 fee.
• Members who are more than 10 minutes late to any event will be counted as a no-show and assessed a $25 fee.
• If you find that you will be unable to attend an event, please let us know as far in advance as possible and we’ll attempt to transfer your RSVP to another member. However, if we’re unable to do so, the $25 no-show fee will be applied to your account.

Members who have been assessed a no-show fee will not be permitted to attend events until the fee has been paid. After two no-shows, regardless of the reason(s), your membership may be terminated with no refund of annual dues.

Remember, you will earn a $25 account credit, up to $100, to use towards next year’s membership for every event you attend within the calendar year! We do not want to charge our members no-show fees; the success of the club depends on your attendance and engagement, and we want you to meet new people and make new friends. We appreciate your compliance with our attendance policy for the benefit of all our members and the venues who host our events.
